I want to share my experience over here with customers and users. My last pair worked as my most important dress shoe for almost 3 years that quite a long time for any shoe. Extremely hefty for me! I wanted Allen Edmonds to repair that shoe if it could possible but the heels were badly damaged while falling down from 2nd floor of building. Thanks to God I’m still alive but my shoes are not in good condition and that makes the shoe not entitled for reconstruct again. Then I tried other shoes from different stores. My last pair really made me annoyed, in the beginning they looked comfortable but were really uncomfortable for me to wear them all day long so I just wore them once in a weak.
